Jim Kokal 

President/CEO, Wavetrix Co-Founder

Mr. Kokal has over 17 years experience in developing, marketing, and selling communication systems. His previous experience in bringing to market both products and services has produced the drive to make the Traversix Virtual Connectivity Network not only simple to use and install, but also synergistic with the customer's operations. Prior to Wavetrix, he was the Director of Marketing at Broadband Gateways where he focused on the company's positioning and worked with strategic partners. At Blue Wave Systems (now Motorola) he successfully created and launched the Softband™ software radio product line. Mr. Kokal holds an MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles, and a MSEE/BSEE from the University of Illinois.

Mark Smith 

Vice President of Engineering, Wavetrix Co-Founder

Mr. Smith has over 20 years experience in developing and building communication systems. He and his teams have successfully developed and deployed several client-server based architectures, forming the basis of the Traversix Virtual Connectivity Network's underlying architecture. Prior to Wavetrix, Mr. Smith led Broadband Gateways' software development team and he has managed hardware and software development teams at several Dallas-area companies. He started his career as a wireless engineer at Texas Instruments. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, an MSEE from Southern Methodist University, and BS in Engineering Physics from the Colorado School of Mines.
